INDIA HAS 2ND HIGHEST DEATHS DUE TO AIR POLLUTION:
India is the second deadliest country for outdoor air pollution in the world,with 6,21,138 deaths happening due to air pollution in the country in 2012, according to the World Health Organisation Also, India averages at 49 deaths per 1,00,000 capita due to air pollution. Notably, China tops the WHO list with 10,32,833 deaths recorded due to air pollution.

PAYTM FOUNDER NAMED  BEST BUSINESSMAN AT GQ AWARDS:
GQ has named Vijay Shekhar Sharma, the founder and CEO of India’s largest payments and commerce company, Paytm in the much prestigious ‘GQ Awards 2016, Men Of The Year’. The annual list recognizes excellence across sectors – from cinema and fashion to business and sports.

ASHWIN RANKED SECOND IN ICC WORLD BOWLERS RANKINGS:
Indian spinner Ravichandran Ashwinrose one spot to be ranked second in the latest ICC Test bowlers rankings, overtaking England’s James Andersonby one point. Ashwin, who took his career’s fifth 10-wicket match haul in the first Test against New Zealand, is now seven points behind South Africa’s Dale Steyn, who holds the number one spot.
