Superceding the order of the Supervisory committee in the cauvery water dispute,the supreme court on tuesday directed karnataka to relaease 6000 cusecs to tamilnadu.a bench led by justice DipakMisra directed Karnataka to release this amount of water from its reservoirs for the period between sep 21 to sep 27
EIGHT MILITANTS KILLED IN URI AS ARMY FOILS INFILTRATION:
Atleast eight militants are believed to be killed by the army in uri sectors lachipora area in north kashmirs baramulla district on tuesday.the group believed to have infiltrated very recently, wass contacted by the army in the lachipora area.
